3/18/25 4:30pm UPDATE: Our system finally seems functional again. We will be open normal hours Wednesday from 8am-5pm. We will be calling all of our appointments to reschedule. Please be patient with our staff over the next few days as our call volume will be exponentially higher than normal.
3/18/25 7am UPDATE: Our IT crew worked through the night trying to get our server functioning again. Unfortunately it may take a few more hours. We will continue to keep you updated as things change. As of right now we still may not be able to see our appointments again today. Please understand we are just as frustrated regarding this as all of you. Until the computers are functioning we cannot access our records, fill medication, scheduled/cancel/change appointments, perform blood work or x-rays, and we have absolutely no way to contact our clients for the day as our schedule is all saved on the computer. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this issue and we apologize if you have come to the office and cannot receive service. While we know this is a major inconvenience, we are thankful that the structure of our building and staff were not affected by the severe weather and know that things could have been much worse.
3pm 3/17/25 Update: our IT company is working as quickly as possbile to get our computers working again. Our goal is to be open ASAP but we cannot promise we will be functional tomorrow. Please continue to monitor our page for updates.
UPDATE: our systems are still not working, we hope to have them corrected ASAP. We will be closing for a few hours and will keep you updated as things progress.
The internet is not functioning at our office at the moment which means our phones and computers are down.
If you have an appointment today please do not come unless notified otherwise.
