Not the most exciting picture, but here's my next experiment! 300 tulips that were pre-chilled have now been planted in crates. I'll leave them outside in the cold for 2 weeks and then bring them in under lights. Fingers crossed, I might have tulips for valentines day🤞

The flower cart is all dressed up and looking gorgeous with blooming Amaryllis. What a perfect gift for mom, grandma, or hostess! These beauties will bloom for weeks and some of them have three bloom stalks! The cart is out daily from 5-8 and is self serve. Swing by and pick up something unique for that hard to shop for loved one! Dried flower ornaments are also available and can make the perfect teacher gift.

The amaryllis are beginning to bloom! The pink Rozetta are the earliest to bloom, the red & white Blossom Peacock are all budded up and will follow shortly, and the pure white Alasca will be a 2-3 weeks still.

Time for me to switch gears and put the dahlias to sleep. Even though it's warm, the short days are forcing them into dormancy. But the amaryllis have arrived! They are gorgeous, large bulbs that are already starting to sprout. I'll be sourcing pots this afternoon and making some beautiful, gift-worthy arrangements. Stay tuned!

Restocked! I could only eek out 3 bouquets from the flower field this morning so when they're gone, they're gone:) I have tons of buds and the mums are coming!! These aren't just garden mums, but heirloom varieties with gorgeous, long lasting blooms. Stay tuned!

ps- for a couple weeks now, there have been some cash payments that were significantly short, but then the next week it was made good. I'm leaving a note pad out there now so you can at least leave me a message if this is necessary! Thanks! Also, there is a secured cash box on the right side of the cart. Please don't leave cash just loose in the crate:)

I couldn't help but add some touches of fall to today's bouquets. The last two pink lisianthus are tucked into one of these, and they're all decked out with dahlias.
