Mutt Kuttz will be changing scheduling in January 2022. I loved offering one on one services to my clients, and for some of my clients the change will not affect their appointments, but for multiple reasons we will be offering drop off times in the AM and pick up when the groom is complete. I have had some pups not enjoy the straight through drying, some clients who need to drop off in the morning and pick up at lunch, and a few clients who no call no show repeatedly which unfortunately leaves me 1-2 hours with nothing to do, where as, if everyone drops off in the AM I can keep working and complete the grooms and send them back home happy and clean. We’ll still be low volume, no more than 6 pups a day to keep the stress level down for the pups in our care. If you have any questions on if or how this will affect your future appointments please ask at your next appointment and I’ll be glad to go into more detail.
