***UPDATE*** OWNER FOUND

Found dog on state route 34 near Washington College. He was in the middle of the road. He stopped Darcy by standing in front of her truck. It was hailing and he was bleeding (minor) from his mouth. He is safe here at our boarding facility until claimed. He's too well fed to be a stray and trained as well. No microchip we have already scanned for one. Please send me a pm. Must describe collar color.
