Today we begin the Counting all the Turkeys Game. When you visit the zoo grab a counting sheet at Check in and help your children count the turkeys. Turkeys can be inflatables, window clings, wooden standing turkeys any turkey they see they should count it. Beginning of each day there will be a different number of turkeys placed all over the zoo even in the parking lot. Fill in your sheet and place it in the collection form box. On November the 18th all the guests who had correct answers for each day will be drawn from and a winner will receive a prize …. 🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃Happy Counting Everyone 🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃

We are getting so excited for the Halloween Event this Saturday, October 26th. This event will be Normal business hours, the zoo opens at 10:00 am and last entry for all guests will be 3:30 with the park closing at 5:00. We will NOT be giving out candy but we will Have games for the children to play to receive tickets that can be cashed upon EXITING the zoo at the Brights Zoo Family Picnic Pavilion in the first parking lot . Tickets can also be acquired Saturday not just by playing games throughout the park by children.
Remember for a quicker entry brining no bags or a small clear bag is best. A drink is fine it just can’t have a straw or be made of glass. No pouch drinks or pouch food items are allowed inside the zoo.
One adult with a paid day admission ticket can get two children under 12 years of age wearing a costume for free. If you are a season pass holder you must have your pass in hand we will not be looking passes up in order to expedite entrance. We will not be renewing or selling passes Saturday in order to expedite entrance into the zoo.
Remember if you are entering the costume contest you must get your form filled out and picture taken. 🎃🎃🎃If you are entering the pretty up your pumpkin contest you will need to fill In your form and have your pumpkin dropped off before closing at 5:00. You do not have to enter the zoo to enter the pretty up your pumpkin contest.
We will be posting a schedule soon so please check back for list of the fun occurring Saturday.
Vendors will be setup in the parking area so please enjoy supporting small business and have a wonderful fun day👻👻👻👻🎃🎃🎃🎃👻👻👻🎃🎃🎃

THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 26th we will be having a full day of Halloween fun 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃👻👻👻👻
This is normal business hours, the zoo opens at 10:00 and last entry is at 3:30 and the park closes at 5:00.
A Season passholder can use their passes for entrance but remember your pass is only good for the person that is pictured on the pass. NO PASSES WILL BE LOOKED UP ON SATURDAY. You must have your pass in hand to enter. Passes cannot bring children for free.
When an adult purchases a day ticket they can bring two children in costume under the age of 12 this means 2 children in costume ages up to 12 for free.
We will not be giving out candy for the safety of the animals, however we will be having games for the kids to play and receive tickets. Tickets can then be cashed in when guests leave at the Brights Zoo Family Picnic Pavilion located in the parking area.
We will have : keeper chats
Costume contests
Pretty up your pumpkin contest( must be dropped off before 10:00 am Saturday)
Giraffe feedings
Train rides
Vendors (space still available for more )
Guessing the candy in jar ( located in the gift shop area )
