Hello all! I wanted to give everyone who cares an update on Potter. I took him in last night for his big surgery today. At around 10 this morning, Dr. Jordan called with great news. They said he was getting around really well so they took a new X-ray of his fracture. Dr Jordan said his leg is healing very well on its own and both vets feel he can heal his fracture without surgery. He has to be confined to the bathroom for a few more weeks and then we will take back for another X-ray to see how he’s doing. With that said, we wanted to again thank everyone for their amazing donations but also to be honest about it. So we are willing to refund you back your donation if you would like. Otherwise your donation will still be used for other kitties in our care, future cats and any other vet bills Potter has. If you would like your donation back, no judgment at all. Please just send me a PM asking for it back and we will be happy to refund it. Thank you all again for the support you have given us at Guardians For Felines! X🐾X🐾

Guardians For Felines needs your help for Potter! Potter was found yesterday at 14th and Superior on the road. People drove past him, one even drove over him. My friend stopped and got out and grabbed him. He was brought to Guardians For Felines last night not walking very well. We believe he was in the engine of a car and fell out on the road because his body was was covered in black grease. We took Potter to the vet this morning and found out he has a fractured back left leg and needs surgery next week. If we don’t do the surgery, then eventually his leg will need to be amputated. I hate asking for donations and try not to as much as possible but his surgery will cost around $1200. His vet bill today was $187 for exam and X-rays. I’ve attached a picture of Potter, his X-rays and his estimate for the surgery. If you have anything to spare, we would be forever grateful! If you can’t donate, please share! The best way to donate is by Venmo or calling All Feline Hospital and adding a donation to our account for Guardians For Felines. Thank you soo soo much for thinking of Potter! 💕

Meet Moose! We believe he was abandoned at a apartment complex as someone had been feeding him for several months. Too scared to be approached so we trapped him thinking he was feral. Oh no! Found this guy a few weeks ago in a ditch! His name is Bruno! He is a beautiful Siamese mix with blue eyes! He is estimated about 1 year old. We took him to the vet and is neutered with all vaccines and tested negative for FeLv/FIV. He does okay with other cats but may be better as a single cat or a second cat.
