We have a surprise announcement. Saphire had an ECHO done on her heart this morning to make sure she’s healthy and she was given a clean bill of health.

She had 3 rolling heats last month and since her sister had Pyometra twice and had to be spayed we went ahead and put her with Zeus to prevent her from getting it. I wouldn’t make a pregnancy announcement until she is much further along but he took a quick peak with the ultrasound and said she definitely looks pregnant! We can expect kittens January 23rd.

She is still very early and could still miscarry/reabsorb kittens if her body detects something is wrong but we are hopeful that won’t happen. We can expect all colors in this next litter as well as dominant blue eyed kittens! Stay tuned!
