Gold N Grand
Gold N Grand is always a fun show and Spring 2024 was no different. A few challenges with the rain but show must go on… with the exception of Reining which because of the amount of rain received Friday night and Saturday afternoon and into the evening the reining pens were just too sloppy, therefore show management made the call to cancel. With that being said instead of the grueling 3days vying for a top spot for the weekend this year it was a one go round for the Reiners, and how you placed on Friday was your final results. For everyone else the show went on as normal showing for all 3 days, everyone of course having their own goals but most eyeing those pretty GNG Buckles.
The Allens Performance Horses team came and did their thing, Colton Reed and Carly Allen showed in the Freestyle Leadline. Suzanne Tucker showed Crome Topsail in the W/T Amateur Ranch Flat. Barbara Farinha showed Id Rather Be Blue in the Ranch Riding Amateur and the Ranch Reining Amateur. Elaine Loza showed ImaPrettySmartChic in the Ranch Riding. Rebecca Koons showed Whizzens Prescribed in Ranch Riding Amateur . Cheyanne Reed showed Man Made Treasure in Ranch Riding and also in the Ranch Reining Amateur earning a Top 5 Buckle. Brook Harper and World Within debuted at their 1st show showing in the W/T Hunter Under Saddle 18/u. Emersyn Forcier showed her filly WhizzinChexnDiaminds in the W/T Hunter Under Saddle 13/u and the W/T Ranch Reining Youth/Amateur earning their 1st Buckle together.
Teagan Cole Showed Crome Topsail in the W/T Ranch Reining Youth/Amateur.
Devin Cole Showed Br Old River in the W/T Ranch Reining 10/u. Orianna Dalton showed Patriotic Fanta in the W/T Ranch Reining Youth/Amatuer.
