My Dog’s Spot understands that this “mystery illness” is concerning for all of our clients, as we are all pet owners ourselves. It is with this understanding that we have decided to confer with our vets and implement heightened sanitization and safety protocols moving forward to ensure the health and safety of all of our beloved clients and pets.
*No client dogs will interact with any other dogs, be it other client dogs or our own “shop dogs.”
*Only one pet family will be permitted in the lobby at any time.
*All kennels, tables and tubs will be thoroughly sanitized between each pet that comes in contact with them.
*All grooming equipment will be sanitized between each pet.
*Mopping will be done every night.
*Any dog showing signs of Coughing, Sneezing, Difficulty breathing, Rapid breathing, Wheezing or nasal whistling, Dehydration, Difficulty exercising, Fever, Nasal or eye discharge, Loss of appetite, Weight loss, Lethargy, or any other symptoms of illness will immediately be turned away, and advised to seek veterinary care before rescheduling.
