Join us for the NW 48th Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC48) meeting tomorrow evening, Tuesday, June 25, 6:00-7:00pm at the Air Park Community Center. We will be planning for the National Night Out event on August 6 and need your fun ideas!!

The two top adult learning opportunities from the neighborhood survey were gardening and crafting classes. The Eiseley and Williams Branch Libraries happened to already have these scheduled for those of you who are interested.

The neighborhood survey showed quite a lot of interest in gardening classes. Although we don't have those scheduled in our neighborhood yet, I thought I would share these free upcoming workshops from Community Crops.

Join us next Tuesday, February 20, 6:30-7:30pm in the Arnold media center if you're interested in the other results from the survey and to help plan for things like gardening classes!

Please join us for the NW 48th Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC48) meeting next Tuesday, November 15, 6-7pm in the Arnold media center. Anyone is welcome to attend and participate as you feel comfortable. We will be planning a spring event at Bowling Lake to plant trees, clean up around the lake, and hopefully have part of the new dog park ready to open!! We also welcome new ideas for neighborhood improvements and/or school-community connections. If you have an idea or issue you'd like to discuss, please attend this meeting!
We can provide free child care so let me know if you'd like to bring your kids to play in the gym while you join us in the media center!
