Beware of Hargray Communications
I switched from there service about a year ago, to go with Coosa Valley.
I paid my bill and returned my equipment, 4 months later I get a credit alert. My
Account with Hargray had gone into collections for 81.00. A collection company called Carter Young had if for collection. I went to Hargray and they told me it was a simple mistake , that the turning in of my equipment was not noted. It took them a month to get it off my credit records and it still shows up as satisfied. Guess what my wife changed out from her business with her Hargray account about 4 moths ago and she got an alert that her credit score had dropped 50 points.
You guessed it Hargray sent a collection in on her to Carter Young for
81 dollars. So Monday we have to start this process all over again.
We are in the middle of securing a loan for a mortgage and this will cost us
Has anyone else had this same issue with Hargray. If so maybe they need a class action against them to stop running peoples financial lives.
