Much like humans with OCD, dogs may exhibit repetitive behaviors that range from seemingly harmless actions like swatting at imaginary flies to more worrisome obsessions like incessant cleaning or persistent itching. In dogs, this condition is referred to as Canine Compulsive Disorder (CCD). For example, your dog might excessively lick their paws or chase their tail, disrupting their daily life. It could be a sign of CCD if you notice your dog engaging excessively in these behaviors. Early intervention from your trusted veterinarian is crucial for your dog's well-being.🐾
