Q: What's the difference between a BUBBLE BATH and a SPA BATH?

A: A BUBBLE BATH includes bathing, cleaning their ears, eyes, expressing the a**l glands, conditioning, drying, a brush out and cologne.
A SPA BATH includes the BUBBLE BATH plus a NAIL TRIM AND FILE!

You can also ask about extras like a de-shedding, trimming out mats, or brushing their teeth!!!

Call to get an appointment for a bath. (as always, current vaccinations and flea prevention are required to be in our kennel and hospital)

Holiday pet boarding is knocking at our door so we wanted to remind you why we require pet's to be on flea prevention that is purchased from our own pharmacy.
HIDE-A-WAY SMALL ANIMAL CLINIC does not honor flea medicine from online pharmacies or retail outlets for a number of reasons, including:

• Manufacturer guarantees
Some pharmaceutical companies only honor their guarantees for pet medications if they are purchased from a veterinarian's in-house pharmacy. To honor their guarantee, manufacturers must verify that the medication was stored, shipped, and administered appropriately.
• Storage and shipping
Online pharmacies may not ship medications in a controlled environment, which can make them ineffective. Unlicensed online pharmacies aren't subject to product inspections.
• Unauthorized vendors
Only veterinarians are authorized vendors of pet medications. Unauthorized retailers, like online pharmacies, may not obtain their products from the manufacturer.
• Counterfeit products
The FDA has found companies that sell counterfeit pet products and unapproved pet drugs.

Thank you for understanding that we are only trying to protect your pet as well as the others in order that we don’t have a flea infestation and you don’t take home any new unwanted guests.

We have heard your pleas!! Here are some pictures from our puppy play times. From Boarding play to your daily shenanigan's in doggie day care! We did our best to capture just how much fun these babies have here.

It's already snowed in North Carolina!!! There are still thousands of people left homeless from the hurricanes. There is a ministry, Love Mercy International, that is sending teams out to help provide for these victims.
We are collecting NEW coats and blankets to send out with these teams when they go. We have to ask for NEW items because there isn't enough manpower to sort through all of the items.
Please drop off coats and blankets between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., M-F, for the month of November. We are at 14114 FM 849, Lindale. Thank you💓💓💓
