Attention: Dixie, my dog, who comes every single day and loves absolutely everyone even sensed the bad energy this person had. The hairs on her back stood up and she barked at her from the moment she walked in the door until I put her in the back room so she can calm down. This client could not accept her dogs behavior and was not happy about a $10 price increase for him being difficult. It’s only her second visit here with us, first visit the dogs was a matted mess. I ended up not charging the $10 because it just wasn’t worth the escalation. Her dog defecated twice while being groomed, peed the entire time he was here, inside the crate and almost on mine and Naisha’s dog, did not cooperate for the drying which took two of us to get it done and also dragged his owner inside at drop off, she couldn’t even control him. We explained this all to her very calmly and as nice as possible with her cursing at me. I even walked him outside when she left to get cash to pay her bill and told her to stay outside with her baby so she didn’t have to take the baby out of the car seat again. After I brought her the change that she snatched out of my hands she continued back into her car slamming doors and I mentioned real quick why I was walking him, She raised her fist at me , cursed multiple times in my face and forcefully entered the salon to yell at my groomer once again. She shouldn’t be allowed back at any salon or on Google reviews. Horrible person.

Flea season is picking up! Make sure your dogs are on a flea, tick, & heart worm preventative. They can pick up fleas and ticks from pretty much anywhere, even if it’s just a short walk from your car to the grooming salon. It’s is out of our control so make sure you’re doing your part in protecting your dogs from these pests. Do your research and you can always ask us or your veterinarian any questions you may have. 🐾🖤

Happy weekend!! Just a reminder to our customers about how busy we are every day and to keep in mind how valuable our time is. We have set in place, for over a year now , a late, no show, or same day cancellation policy which will result in a $25 fee towards your grooming. This goes for: If you are more than 15 minutes late and the groomer is still able to take you, if you don’t call or show up to your scheduled appointment, and if you cancel the same day you were scheduled.
