🦒 MR. BIG Needs a Big Favor:
He Needs a Loving Home. 🦒
This handsome blue-eyed fellow found himself in a crowded Georgia shelter...Well until this weekend when he arrived at Last Hope on a rescue transport.
According to his Georgia sending shelter:
"Mr. Big is actually a medium-sized dog, but he's got a big smile and is friendly to all. He's adorable with a brown patch over one blue eye and a curled tail.
He enjoyed checking out all the new scents of the interaction pen, but he also made time to sit in the shade with me and enjoy some pets and scratches."

MR. BIG is only 27 pounds....so he certainly isn't Big.

If you are interested in adopting, you can come to the shelter, meet the dog, and then put in an adoption application. Up to 5 applications will be taken. Our strays are held 5 days by law and then they will get an exam, Heartworm test, microchip, and spay/neuter, and other medical procedures. Only once that is complete can they be picked up for adoption. You can expect it to take 1-3 weeks before a dog is ready for adoption.

👂 🐕 Have You "Herd"?
CALLIE, a beautiful, mahogany Border Collie is coming to Last Hope from Georgia today. 🙉 🐕
CALLIE is 50 pounds, between 5-6 years old with brown eyes that match her coat.
Border Collies are very smart. You would be smart too to adopt CALLIE, as long as you plan to give CALLIE "a job" abd to engage her abilities.

🐕 This Photo is SAD. Very Sad.
Many Last Hope dogs pose with their new family for their "Go Home" photo in front of the Last Hope sign & planter. 🐕
Poor BERNEX is patiently waiting for his turn to pose here for a " Go Home" photo , but he doesn't have a Home or a Family.
Why ? Probably because BERNEX is Big, Young & Enthusiasticac in showing how he wants to be everyone's best friend.
BERNEX is from a crowded Georgia shelter. He may be a mix of Anatolian Shepherd & Great Pyrenees because he has double dew claws on his back legs.
Where is that Big dog lover who will Adopt BERNEX & stand next to him for his " Go Home " photo? 🐕

‼️PLEASE HELP‼️
This may look like a happy pic however, it is not.
Molly’s owner was tragically killed by a drunk driver. Just a year earlier she lost her beloved mother to a sudden medical emergency. When neighbors learned of the tragic car accident only a block away, they gained access into the home knowing Molly was in there alone. Pictured here is a neighbor comforting her soon after the accident.

Molly is temporarily being cared for by neighbors. There are no family members that can take her. We were asked to help find her a loving home now that she has lost everything she has ever loved.

We are looking for a foster or preferably a forever home for sweet Molly. The neighbors can not hold on to her for much longer, we need to find a loving home or foster home for her. Molly is a 6 year old Bulldog. Sue has never lived with other dogs but is friendly and social when she sees them on walks around her neighborhood💔

Please help us help Molly in her time of need.
We can’t imagine how heartbroken and confused she must feel.
This girl is breaking our hearts. Please apply via our website to foster or adopt her. We would hate to see her in boarding. Prior adopters, or approved homes, reach out to your coordinator to express interest.

Heis a sweet little companion.
CHIP is a 6 year old Chihuahua mix from a crowded Georgia shelter- easy to overlook because he only weighs 16 pounds, and he is the colors of a chocolate chip 🍪 cookie but with many extra chips. That's why he is mostly dark brown.
He is getting more relaxed each day. He was a good boy for vet,
And CHIP wants to be a Good Boy for YOU, if YOU adopt him.
