Carmel is looking for a home.

Please share our Carmel who needs a foster home or adopter asap. His first foster home didn't have a secure enough yard for him and it became a safety issue.
We had to bring him to a boarding kennel Country Pet Lodge & Salon where he is getting wonderful care, but he really needs a Foster home which will benefit him. Also the expense of a boarding kennel is not in our budget presently, which will keep us from saving any other dogs in need.
He is a sweet under 1 yr old Collie mix, Loves everyone, likes other dogs, loves to play, and would be a good companion for an active family with a secure yard, and another dog he could play with. He absolutely loves toys, is housebroken, crate trained. and has no food or toy aggression.
Everyone who meets this handsome boy loves him. WJVA will pay for some of training for him with whoever Fosters or Adopts, to make him an even better dog.
