I will be hosting a 3 day clinic September 29th- October 1st at my facility in Linn Creek MO. ( Lake of The Ozarks)

πŸ’₯Only 3 spots left πŸ’₯

This will go over all the fundamentals of the method from groundwork to riding and then the 3rd day we will go over obstacles and training on the trail.
This clinic will help you gain confidence and control both on the ground and under saddle.
Your horse will learn not only how to be respectful, but also to relax and use the thinking side of their brain.
We will work on Yield the Hindquarters, Desensitizing, Lunging for Respect, Backing, Flexing, Yield the Forequarters, Sending, One-Rein Stops, Cruising Lesson, Follow the Fence, Yield the Hindquarters under saddle and more!
You will need a rope halter, snaffle bit, long loop reins, and proof of current negative coggins.
Stick and string recommended but not required.
We will be limited to 6 participants so I wanted to give all my clients the opportunity to sign up before I post it all over FB. We will go from 9am to 5pm each day and have a 1 hour break for lunch. This is a great clinic for everyone whatever your skill level!!! We will build your confidence and you will enjoy being with other horseman and women looking to improve❀️ cost is $400 for 3 days and a non-refundable deposit of 150 is due to hold your spot.

A big lesson to learn as a horseman is to not underestimate the power of rest. Where you rest a horse is literally where you’re telling him to be. Resting is a complete release of pressure. We train horses by applying pressure and then releasing pressure when they do the right thing. People mess this training concept up constantly, though. All releases of pressure matter, especially resting the horse. If you rest your horse next to the arena gate or his buddies, guess what? That’s where you’re telling him he gets a complete release of pressure and where he’ll be drawn to. So be smart where you rest your horse; it’ll help you head off a lot of unwanted issues. - Professional Clinician Jeff Davis
