We had an amazing 2nd year of IEA with 40 riders on our team this year!! We had two home shows and lots of improvements and successes along the way! We had 11 riders qualify for Regionals and 5 riders qualify for Zones next month!! We are so proud of each and every one of you! 🎉 Regionals was such a great day as well!

Morningside hosted our first NCAEL show yesterday at our Columbia location. It was a great time to be had by all and we loved getting to share our barn and horses with the visiting teams. Morningside came out on top with 56 points, with Sawyer winning horse of the show and Deirdre Carson winning the Sportsmanship award. Thank you to everyone who came out and made this show possible. We can’t wait for finals to roll around at the end of March!

Morningside had an amazing last regular IEA show of the season yesterday on our home turf with 14 other teams joining us. We braved the weather and pushed through to have a fun and successful day, finishing around 140 rides by 1:30 PM! Our high school and middle school team won champion high point , Lexie Grebb won open high point, Brooklyn Brigham won future high point, Quinn Risley won sportsmanship, and our cutie Rascal won horse of the show. Thank you so much to all of the officials, the parents, the staff, the kids, the coaches, the NCAEL adult team members, management, Dawn Kohland, people who lent us horses, and everyone who even played a small part in the running of this massive event. We couldn’t have done it without any of you! We are so proud of everyone and how we all came together as a team. Now on to Regionals!!!!!!! Go team!!!!

Is your child's school closed tomorrow, Wednesday the 8th? For those looking for something for their kids to do, we are hosting a Mini 1-Day Camp at our Columbia location! The cost is $130 and open to our students and previous camp kids. With Anne Arundel and Montgomery counties closed, this will be a great day to come play with the ponies in the snow! Limited spots available.

The Morningside IEA team had a great day at The John Carroll School ‘s host show at Claddagh Manor. Our middle school team won champion while our smaller high school team for the day put in some super solid rides. The four horses we brought were perfect and had a great time as well! Tomorrow we are off to Full Moon Farm for our next IEA show. Congrats team and good luck tomorrow!

Morningside Stables partnered with Clover Luck Stables this past Sunday to host our first IEA show at our Columbia location! Saying it was a success would be an understatement! We are incredibly proud of our team for their great rides and help all weekend from helping hold horses to cheering on their teammates! Morningside was champion for the middle school team and third for the highschool team! We are grateful to have such an awesome group of horses! They all were sooo good! Thank you to the judge, steward, and the other teams who came out to show and of course all of the volunteers for their help, this wouldn’t have happened without them! We look forward to hosting again in January! 🖤💛🤍

Everyone had such an amazing time at Maryland Horse Shows Association Finals this past weekend. It was a awesome weekend full of great rides, special horses, and fun with barn family and friends! We are so proud of everyone, what a way to end the season! Congratulations to everyone!

We are so proud of all of our horses, riders, trainers, support systems, and everyone it takes to bring these amazing shows together. We had several shows in September and each one went amazingly! Everyone rode with grace and determination and many of our riders came home with some really great placings including some championship ribbons! Now on to a super busy October, we can’t wait to see all of you and hope you join us at one or all of our exciting October events, it’s going to be a spooktacular time 👻
