I want to take this moment to introduce the newest member of the team here. Some of you already met him but for those of you who haven’t, this is Stacy Skaggs. He came on in October of 2023, after a short stint here in 2022 he was taken out due to a roofing accident. He is back now and kicking but. He has become an excellent student and a becoming an excellent taxidermist day by day. He has an extensive background in the outdoors, including owner and host of his own TV show, accomplished deer and turkey guide, and one of the best stream trout fishermen I’ve ever seen. Next time you’re in make sure to introduce yourself. He loves to share stories, so don’t stay to long😂😂 ………. Mr . Stacy Skaggs .

Officially done with 2022 deer. If you got one here come get it. We have already started deer that were dropped off during the 2023 deer season.

Zombie deer. Came in blind in one eye and all messed up. Customer wanted it mounted the it was when he harvested it.

Whew! This is all that’s left after the busiest day of the year. A little update: we are accepting deer heads. We have a new staff member who is kicking butt and getting our turnaround time knocked out! Some great things are in the making here that I will be announcing after the first of the year . As far as birds at this point: I am the only one here that does birds here. Yes I am waaay behind and deer season put me further behind. My new guy is primarily a game head taxidermist, so I will be back on bird patrol starting this month. I will be knocking out the back log in them daily. Please be a bit more patient and I will be getting to you as soon as I can. ALL my fish are at least mounted and ready for paint. So I will scheduling those in to the mix also. This has been another great year here and I thank you all for your support. We take pride in our work to ensure you receive the most lifelike specimen, and sometimes that takes extra time. Please remember we are people to and have unexpected things pop up in our lives that require our attention. All and all we are making gains. Thank you all so much and have a blessed holiday season.

I have almost reached my capacity for shoulder mounts. I have never turned away deer in the past, but due to a tremendous back log and a few road blocks in the last couple years I think I have reached my breaking point. If you have a deer you want to drop off November 30th will be the last day for open drop offs. Please call the shop to make any further appointments. Please leave a message. I won’t be returning missed calls. Thank you for an outstanding deer and duck season. I truly have some of the best customers I could ask for!
