I've been breeding for over 17 years. I live on 32 beautiful acres in Lipan, Texas. I raise happy, healthy, socialized, quality babies for you to love and become members of your family. All of my adult dogs meet the standard for the breed and are in good health. My facilities are clean and my dogs are well cared for and loved, I never have a problem showing anyone around. Inspected and Approved by

AKC. Each baby will be current on vaccinations, wormed, dew claws are done & will have a Complete Health Exam before leaving. Each baby will be sent home with a Puppy Starter Kit of Eukanuba and inside your puppy kit you'll have the Vaccination Record & the Original Health Certificate. You're sent home with my Vet's information as well as my contact information. I provide shipping through Continental, Delta or American Airlines. I appreciate you so much for taking the time to view my site, realizing all the other choices in web-sites you have to choose from.

I absolutely love the unique colors in the Yorkshire Terrier world!! Tess is a blue female with smokey gray pigmentation in her nose and lips. She also has the most gorgeous hazel eyes that will melt your heart.

Blue, in reference to a dog's pigmentation and coat and often having a distinctly icy sheen.
She is charting to be about 8lbs or smaller🤍

Max is a nice little chocolate male Shih Poo. His little personality is popping out more and more each day and he is just a whole lot of cuteness in one small package.

Mom is a chocolate Imperial Shih Tzu and daddy is my tiny chocolate Toy Poodle, making such a nice combination of both breeds.

This little boy is hypoallergenic and non-shedding. Estimated weight 7-8 lbs. or possibly smaller.
