Peas are popping up now. Roots haven't broken through the eggshells yet. I think I will get them into the soil for May 1st. This has been a fun experiment.

I cleaned and weeded out the grapes today. The vines are traveling far and wide now. I added some beautiful soil cover for fresh nutrients for the roots. Hopefully, we will get some edible grapes this year. We planted the grapes 3 years ago. I can feel it this is the year.

I am thinking that these eggshells inside the cardboard tray might make great plant pots.
I am going to try to grow snow peas in each shell. My thought is that the eggshells will provide nutrition to the seedlings as they grow. I plan to just plant the whole thing into the ground if it all goes well. Will keep you posted. Any thoughts???

When you have toooo many eggs, you make omelets. I decided to use 5 eggs each tray. I added onion, red pepper, ham and cheddar cheese. I am going to freeze in quart bags for future use.

Cayenne pepper infused olive oil for sale. I have twelve jars made. These are approximately 6 oz jars. I used dried cayenne peppers from last falls harvest. I do not use any pesticides or chemicals on my plants.
