Meet Rexi! Dog of the month for August. Her human sibling picked this name for her because of Rexi's short legs which makes her think of a T-Rex dinosaur 🦖. She is a 5 month miniature dachshund that loves any treat offered to her. The naughtiest thing Rexi has done so far is chase the cats. Her nickname is Rexisaurus.

Meet Winky! Dog of the month for July! Winky was a foster that came to her mom with only one eye and then became part of the family. Honestly I would be a foster fail each time. Winky is a five year old French bulldog. Her favorite treats are any soft treats that are beef flavored. Naughtiest thing Winky has done was get into her human sisters cat litter box and ate some of the P**p. Why do dogs love cat p**p so much? I make sure to scoop my litter box before letting my dogs in the room or else they will get into it and eat all the gross tootsie rolls. 🤮 Nicknames for Winky are Wink, winky woo, Winkerton and Winkyrella.

Meet June's dog of the month! His name is Tango because just like the dance, he is full of energy and always keeps mom on her toes. The dance is all about rhythm, movement and a little bit of flair just like his personality. Plus his name is easy to call out at the dog part. Tango is a seven year old Xoloitzcuintli "show-low-eets-QUEENT- lee"which in America we call them Mexican hairless dog. He loves any treat that he can sink his (few) teeth into. A fun fact about this breed of dog is that they have half the teeth of other dogs. The naughtiest thing Tango has done was stealing his mom's burrito right off the table. His mom said, "one second I'm unwrapping lunch, the next he's running down the hallway like a hairless bandit with my extra guac dripping behind him." 🤣 Tango has more nicknames than teeth. T-dizzle, T-Dog, Sir Wigglebutt, naked nugget 🤣, and sometimes Baldy.

Meet dog of the month for this past May! This is Nola who is a golden retriever lab mix. She is five months old. Her dad is a huge New Orleans Saints fan and his dad was also who sadly passed away last year. This was the perfect way to honor him. Nola doesn't really have a favorite food just yet. She loves all food and snacks. The naughtiest thing she has ever done was ate one of the walls in the house 😯 she also has a bad habit of jumping on the dining table and eating what she can find. Her nicknames are Nolie and Nolie Canolie.

I am super behind on dog of the month. Meet dog of the month for April! Kaiteki Kuma! He is a two year old Chihuahua mix. His name is Japanese and means: Kaiteki=comfort, Kuma=bear. His mom got him when she was going through a low point in life and suffering from panic attacks. He is her comfort bear. It's amazing what dogs can do for the soul. Kai loves peanut butter everything ! Naughtiest thing Kai has done is that he used to shred his puppy pads. One time he took one onto moms couch and shredded it all over the couch. Nicknames besides Kai are Kuma, teki, Frito feet, loomalioma and my baby.
