This holiday season, the elves decided to pay a visit to the stables and leave some precious gifts for our ponies! The presents are stashed away in these gorgeous stockings provided by Qiara and Hanks mom, Veneta. Be sure to stop by the barn and give your beloved companions some cuddles and delectable treats. Space is filling fast and I don't expect to have a lot of move outs. Care here is nothing less than exceptional! Horses are fed hay 4×per day for optimum gut health and I provide up to 1lb per day of topline ration balancer for muscle development and to cover the nutritional needs of our equine partners. Turnout is 7 days per week (as requested by the eqine tenant's) on beautiful green pastures. Property features a rider lounge, wash rack, air-conditioned tack room, 16×16 partially covered stalls with misters, and a 170×120 sand arena that receives regular grooming. Open to all disciplines and ages. We also hold monthly events for our boarders to aid in building our community and barn family connection. Trainer on sight offering lessons and horse training in all disciplines for all ages. Located in Litchfield Park AZ within riding distance of Dunns Arena. I provide the care and facility of a barn charging $800+ per month however to make quality care a little more affordable I only charge $550/month with no hidden fees! Only 10 stalls left for September get yours now before they are all gone! Located in Litchfield Park on Alsup rd. Horses are fed hay 4 times a day as well as up to 1 lb ration balancer if desired and anything else you provide and they are turned out 6 days a week in irrigated pastures with options for the 7th day. Property features a large 170×120 arena, round pen, tack room, grass turnouts, rider lounge, and great people! Stalls all have misters, 3 are 16×20 with fans fully covered and the rest are 16×16 partially covered mostly shaded.
