Our new shade structure is up!

🌲 Unfortunately we lost a lot of our trees from last summers heat…with the help of our horse family, we were able to get this built!

🐴 Our stables community is beyond amazing- thank you all for all the help getting this shade cover up - we wouldn’t have been able to do it with out you!

✨BLESSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT✨

Wow! We can not believe the turn out for our volunteer day this past Saturday. We are beyond blessed with the absolute best community around that choose Jordan Stables as their barn!

So many laughs, smiles, and 🕷️SPIDERS! Lol it really was incredible to see everyone taking their time to help us out and HUGE shout out to Nikkis family for the two tractors and dump trailer we were able to use during this process. Really made all the difference in this big clean up.

If you missed out on this fun day, don’t stress! We plan to have some more horse filled fun volunteer days in the future!

🎉WE ARE SO EXCITED ABOUT TOMORROW🎉

Tomorrow is our big volunteer day!🐴

Please bring 🧤gloves, ☀️sunscreen, and clothes you don’t mind breakin’ a sweat in!

If you have 🧹rakes/yard tools feel free to bring anything you think could be helpful!

We have lots of great organizing and clean up ideas planned tomorrow and will definitely be posting before and after photos! 📸

We will have a light 🍩 breakfast and drinks starting at 8am and plan to get to work by 8:30/9!

We plan to work as long as everyone feels up to it- if y’all stay long enough we may have to have lunch too! 🍕🍻

*LETS TALK ABOUT FIRST TIME HORSE BUYING*

This is one of our favorite subjects to share knowledge about because buying a horse can be overwhelming and scary. We strive to make it as painless as possible so we can just enjoy what an amazing opportunity it is owning a horse!

Today we decided to share information on our books about SUGAR!!! She is one of the sweetest animals you'll come in contact with and a very popular lady at the lesson barn! She is also a great example because her regular mainence is fairly average.

Now, not every horse is the same and not all horses need things like Polyglycan or hock injections; however, any older horse or performance horse, these things are likely.

Please enjoy this information and we'd love to discuss any questions you may have or if you are ready to take the plunge into purchasing a horse, we'd love to help!

Hello Jordan Stables Family!

We hope everyone had a great summer and can not wait to hear all about the experiences from the summer. The teachers and staff have been missing our amazing students so much!

During the summer, our team created an entirely new approach to our program we are calling the “re-vamp” of Jordan Stables this year. This new program we believe is really going to put us ahead of the rest, and make us even more unique for our students unlike any other program around.

This HUGE change was not brought on by accident. We had a meeting at the end of the past season with the financial struggles that have occurred with all the changes in pricing with the horses and our barn. We were left with a very hard decision coming back into this new season; Close up shop, or put us at a price point that is reasonable to continue operation.

We all discussed that if we have to have these new rates to operate, we want to make sure we are providing the absolute best program you could imagine for our Jordan Stables family!

Hello JS family!!!

I know we have a lot of eager students chomping at the bit - excuse the pun! - to get back in the saddle!

We are so excited for this next season. We have an entirely new platform that is really going to take our program to the next level! We can’t wait to share that with you next week. We have a big race in Vegas this weekend we’re putting all our energy into…but can’t wait to share all our big plans when we return!

🗣️PLEASE READ🗣️

We are feeling so incredibly blessed here at Jordan Stables this week and wanted to take this opportunity to spread awareness in that no matter how safe or broke a horse is, they all have the potential to be dangerous- please wear a helmet!

One of our best riders, Piper, was brave enough to let us share her story to hopefully inspire more folks to wear helmets while riding horses.

Piper was training on her horse one evening when all the sudden her horse jumped then bolted, throwing Miss Piper into a rail.

Look closely at the mark on her face and the line on her helmet.

Had she not been wearing one, this would have ended with more than a few stitches.…

This is such a humbling reminder that although horses are incredible creatures and teach us so many things, they are powerful animals and we need to make sure we practice riding safely.
