Can you guess what breed he is?

This rare breed originated in one particular European country; fulfilling multiple purposes such as herding, hunting, water retrieval and farm protection. They come in multiple colors and patterns, and are known to be loyal, obedient and watchful.

POP UP FALL PHOTO SHOOT!

We are so excited to announce that on Friday 10/25, we will have our friend Shelby from Wise K9 Photography with us, offering fall photo shoots for your pup!

Your dog will spend the day with us and participate in a fall themed shoot in which you'll receive 5-10 digital images afterwards. The cost for this pop up event is $60 and spots are limited. Sign up by shooting us an email at [email protected] or call 860-361-6383.

Congratulations to Katalyst team member Olivia and her dog Essay, for earning their TD today at the Tracking Club of Vermont.

Our next session of our Intro to Scentwork course will be starting on 10/18!

In this foundational 6-week long group scentwork class, dogs will be imprinted on birch and will learn the basics of area searching, odor recognition, and alerting on target odor. Handlers will learn how to read their dogs behavior when they’re in and out of odor, as well as line handling skills and handler resilience.

Dogs do not need to have prior scentwork or obedience training, but must be food or toy motivated.
