Hey everyone! We know we haven’t been on Instagram much lately, but guess what? Big things are happening for Casi Paraiso Organics! We’ve moved to a farm in Litchfield! We’ll still be selling our microgreens, mushrooms, and edible flowers, but we’ll also be growing field crops! Can you believe it’s been six years since Casi Paraiso Organics started? I know it’s been awhile since we’ve posted, but we have been working on some exciting new projects! One of them being an in person microgreen course! Send us a message if you’re interested and would like to know more about the class. This course will be on our farm and hands on! Class will start Jan 2nd and will be until the 17th. We wanted to make a post to thank everyone for their support and love in our journey! It wasn’t easy, specially opening up during COVID, but look how far we’ve come. With humble beginnings (swipe left to see how it all started) growing in our basement with one rack offering only 4 varieties to now, a 3,000 SQ FT shop now offering 35+ varieties AND mushrooms and edible flowers! We honestly could not have done this without you all, our friends, family, amazing customers and local community. Now that we have moved we plan on growing and increasing in our products so our local produce at gourmet quality is more available to our wonderful local community!

Our CSA will consist of, half a pound of our handcrafted microgreen nutrition mix and a half a pound of our organic mushrooms!!

Our microgreen mix was made with your nutrition and health in mind! Although all microgreens are super tasty, we picked the most nutrient dense microgreens! Not only is this mix super yummy but it is soo versatile, you can put it in a salad, blend it in a smoothie, put it in a sandwhich and much more!

Our mushrooms!! Our mushrooms are organic and we will be mixing it up with all the varieties that we carry, shiitake, lions mane, pioppino, chestnut, king oyster, blue, pink and yellow oysters!!
