I have not been breeding for a while and have not posted. Im down to only 4 birds. Too are a breeding pair. I may breed them in the future. But im not sure.

New hatch 6/30/22. Have another in the process of hatching. And the first baby is now 6 days old and eyes are open and its doing great. Cant wait to see how they turn out

Hello every one its been quite some time since I last posted. I will be getting english budgies set up to breed also will have some. Baby white zebra finches ready to go in a few weeks . may set up green cheeks in a few weeks. But not sure yet. I will be limiting breeding. Also I have a single female zebra finch avalible and a male shaft tail finch. I have not found another female for him and as much as i like him. Id love for him too find a female.

My new friends from the fair on Sunday pair of owl finches .. Went in to check on every one today and they laid a egg on the bottom of the cage. Didnt think that would happen so fast

Beautiful babies they have not left the nest box yet and mom and dad dont care they have laid 3 more eggs. In the nest and these ba ies help keep the eggs warm

It is with a hard decision that I am Rehoming my bonded pair of green cheeks Alanis a normal female and Morissette a male yellow sided they are proven breeders but they have not bred for me in the year that I have had them Morissette is cage aggressive is good outside of the cage but will bite when he decides to Atlantis does very well outside of the cage she can be a bit nippy at times but otherwise is pretty good they are both fully flighted they will come with their cage I still have to find one of the food bowls for the cage and get the play top for it which is currently in storage I believe. Also I will be vending at The Cottage Grove bird fair on November 21st and I will have several American parakeets mostly males available and I will have a lacewing female English budgie available and a few cages

Ive decided that I will be Rehoming all my American parakeets except for maybe 4 or 5 of them and focus more on my English all are between 3ish to 4 months old up to 8 months old.

I still have tons of american babies. Some were hand fed and were hand tame at one time some are parent raised and not as tame but all are still able to be worked with and be tamed also. Still have a male English .. I understand alot of people want super tame birds that wont bite but the thing is all birds bite when then want to .. Even my most tamest hand fed birds bite me. With that being said yes My babies I have will need work and yes it will take time and paitance but you get to build that bond and trust with your bird which in my opinion is the best thing For you and the bird while its nice To have a already tame bird they only stay tame with daily interaction. Love and proper care. I have alot both males and females and. I dont have pics of them as I get very busy with work and uts hard to get good pics of these babies. Feel free to message me with any questions
