ALL 3 KITTENS HAVE OFFICIALLY BEEN ADOPTED 🖤🐾

What a journey this was…. A friend called saying he found 3 little kittens in the cab of his project truck, which he hasn’t worked on in a little over a week, and we estimated them to be about 4-5 days old. We decided to wait to see if the mama cat was near by. We waited and no mom in sight. And given the condition they were in, mom hadn’t come back in a long while. They were dirty and clearly hungry. So we got them cleaned up and fed and that’s where the journey began.

I did all the research possible and had support from family, advice from coworkers and friends with experience with bottle fed babies and someone who works with another rescue. To everyone’s surprise, these sweet babies absolutely THRIVED! And turned into the sweetest, playful most cuddly kittens I have ever met.

It fills my heart to see them start in awful condition and now going off to their new homes with families to love them forever.

Thanks to all of those who helped and shared their story! 🖤🐾

Meet Tilly✨🤍

Miss Tilly (Ghost’s sister) is also looking for her forever home! Tilly was found right along side Ghost in the cab of a broken down pick up. She’s a bit smaller than Ghost but she makes up for her petite size in personality. Tilly’s favorite things are eating, playing and cuddling. She is an expert climber and an amazing snuggler. She likes to roll over on her back while in your arms so she can get all the tummy rubs. She’s spunky but also has a calm side to her. This pretty little girl would love to have a home with another friendly cat or dog since she loves to cuddle her siblings and Groot lol. She has also been around my kids and loves interacting with them. It doesn’t take much to get her purring either lol, she loves to be held. Little Ghost is looking for his forever family 👻🖤

Ghost has come a long way from when he was found with his sisters (see last 3 pics). Being found in the cab of a broken down pickup at only about 4-5 days old, this sweet boy has beat a lot of odds. He has grown into an adorable, goofy, playful and affectionate kitten who loves to make friends with everyone he meets. He’s confident enough to play with the big dogs (literally) but equally sweet enough to curl up in your lap for a good nap. And his purr will for sure melt your heart! He has been around my dog, other cats and my kids so he is already well socialized and loves the attention. He is about 5.5-6 weeks old and will be ready for his new home in 2 weeks! Hey y’all!

So here is the update on what I have been up to during my break from making fun bandanas. My 3 kids were out for the summer so we stayed busy making memories and doing all the fun things we could lol. But during that I time, I had fostered a few animals in need. If you’ve been here from the beginning Im sure y’all remember the posts I made about Raven, the one who originally inspired me to create Wiggles + Whiskers, and finding her a loving home. Well she found her forever home and is living her best life! Since then I fostered a few more animals through a rescue and ended up foster failing one of them lol! But the more animals I fostered the more I got to thinking about where the direction I wanted Wiggles + Whiskers to go in. I’ve decided to continue to foster and use Wiggles + Whiskers to help support the animals care and find them loving forever homes. I’m continuing to make bandanas and will be bringing in more fun things for your furry babies and also some things for yall as well!
