💔😢The day I’ve been dreading since 2011 has officially come. My boy Socks is no longer with me. Socks was not a typical dog and neither was my life with him. He was 10 months old and, due to his severe behavioral issues, had been returned to the shelter 3 times. And I was very close to being number 4. He wasn’t the dog I wanted and I hated him at first. But God knew I was the person he needed and most importantly, he was the dog I needed.
Socks was not just a dog. I found my skill, passion and career because of him. He was my world, my soul, my champion, my rock, my sanity. Not only is my heart shattered, but a massive piece of my soul is now missing. I love you Socks and always will. Life will not be the same without you.
