There has been some harsh accusations made towards my business, from an ex employee who has no experience in grooming.
I am mortified about what she posted. She worked the whole day and when she was asked how her day was. She said it was good and acted as if everything was fine. She never said a word about what she says she saw. Even when it was just the two of us there.
I take my job and the well being of every dog that walks through my door seriously. I have sent dogs home who I felt that it was not in their best interest to be groomed or if they could not safely be groomed. I love my job and I love all of my 4 legged clients. And I would never hurt any dog intentionally. Nor would I allow any of my employees to intentionally hurt a dog.
They are not just your pets, they are your children. I have watched my 4 legged clients grow old and I have cried with their parents when they have crossed the rainbow bridge.
I would NOT be in this business if I did not love dogs and have patience to do this job. I would not hire someone who I felt did not have the patience for this job.
