--Puppies are first come, first serve basis and reserved by cleared deposit only.

--Reserving a puppy can be done at any time. Deposit is $200 and Non-refundable. Deposit is accepted by cleared check, cash, or
cleared Venmo.

--Final Payments on pickup day are accepted ONLY by Cash or cleared Venmo.

--Interested parties are able to visit puppies before take home date at my
convenience

--Puppies WILL NOT by ANY means be released to new owners until cleared by vet to
do so and /or be a minimum of 8 weeks old

--Puppies will receive all vaccinations recommended by vet including
deworming and distemper shots and health exams, puppies will be dew-clawed,
puppies tails will not be docked

--Puppies will be Micro Chipped

--Father is not on site

--Mother is HEALTH tested, DNA tested, and the mother received a GENETIC Analysis test which tests for over 140 different disease causing mutations. All were negative including the MDR1 mutation.

--Mother is 40-45lbs at adulthood. At adulthood, The father is 50 lbs

--Puppies will go home with a bag of puppy food, a collar with bow, a blanket that will carry the scent of his/her litter mates, and a chart
record of their health history that can follow them to future vet visits with weights
and vaccinations records etc..!
