This amazing resilient mama is still waiting for her happily ever after. She was surrendered to us from a breeder where she was in horrible condition. Her ears were filled with pus from double ear infections and required surgery,
she likely had the infection most of her life that went untreated. Her skin was bad and she was underweight. She is in a good, healthy, happy place and is ready to find her forever family. She gets along with most other dogs and is super friendly meeting new people. A meet and greet with any dogs in the home is required at the rescue and all dogs must be spayed/neutered. Lavender is about five years old and weighs 24.8 pounds we can’t say if she’s potty trained or not as we think she was kept in a cage most of her life and is likely never been in a home. She is doing well walking on her leash and enjoys going in the play yard often. She is a super affectionate cuddly and overall a loving pup.

We are so grateful for you all !
A whole new dog! Rosie is doing AMAZING, what a transformation she made. Her dry eye went untreated for so long that her eyesight was compromised and she couldn’t see, but with correct treatment and some TLC she can see better now and is doing amazing. She will need eye drops for the rest of her life. She is almost fully recovered from her surgery she had to remove the tumors and is now spayed as well. She is looking for an easy going quiet home with dogs similar in size to her or larger super easy going dogs. She is super friendly and loves getting scratches. We can’t say if she’s potty trained or not.
She enjoys naps in the sun and short walks. She’s about 6 years old.

Lemon is ready for adoption! This sweet angel has been through it but she’s totally healed and ready for her happily ever after. She’s now spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
She is dog friendly, does not like cats and is ok meeting new people but can be a little shy. She loves going on walks, loves cuddles and scratches. She was previously in a home so she might be potty trained but we can’t say for sure.

* CE Animal Rescue is a volunteer based nonprofit organization, we are a licensed rescue and no k*ll sanctuary. We operate in the Antelope Valley where our local county run animal shelters take in 5 times more dogs than than all the LA county shelters combined, they are over crowded and under funded.
We are surrounded by rural desert and our abandoned and lost dog and cat population is extremely high. All of these dogs in this video and at our facility have already been rescued, and are SAFE until adopted.
Ugh THAT face and those little dancing paws! Lola is the absolute best. This girl hasn’t had it easy but she’s doing amazingly and we are ready to find her happily ever after. We rescued Lola after a Good Samaritan took charge of her faith and brought her to us. Lola was left in a backyard for months to fend for her self and then was going to be put to sleep out of convenience, we don’t imagine she had much of life prior to that either given the shape she was in but her sweet soul and loving personality doesn’t seem to be affected. She is now healthy and at a good weight, completely healed from her pyometra surgery. She does get regular allergy shots and is on a kibble salmon diet. She seems to like some other dogs and lived with a medium size pup, but can be self selective. We do require a meet and greet in the home with any dogs. No cats. She is good with kids. She’s about 6 years old and weighs 61 pounds. Please text 661-839-2200 if interested.
located in Southern California we do not have the resources for out-of-state adoptions. If you are serious or have any questions PLEASE TEXT us.
It’s $5 Friday and we could use some serious help with our vet bills! • each one of these pups cost us 3 to 4 times what their adoption fee is. We appreciate everyone who donated to the parvo babies when we posted them individually. We couldn’t do this without you guys and we appreciate your support so much ! Every dollar counts and we are so grateful for you all.

Motto Motto is looking for his happily ever after ! He was rescued from a hoarder breeding situation where he was kept in deplorable conditions. He lived in a cage his whole life and has likely never been in a home.
He doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body but loves to play tug of war and is a major chomper when he gets excited, he loves to latch on to items and is still learning which items are ok for chomping and which aren’t, due to this behavior trait we are placing in a home with no small children. We have been working with him on this and he’s doing great. We are confident with an experienced family who has the patience to train him, this won’t be a major issue. He’s super smart and eager to learn, he’s so sweet and still shy when meeting new people.
He is estimated to be about 4 or 5 years old but it’s hard to tell because they were in such bad shape when we got them. He is on a salmon food diet and will need to continue to be on that and he likely has never been in a house, so we don’t think that he will be potty trained. He’s 60 pounds. He does like other dogs but meet and greets are required at the rescue with dogs in the home. He is now fixed, microchipped, had a dental and fully vaccinated.

We would LOVE a $5 Friday for these seniors babes. We are looking at a few thousand dollars in vet bills for these two. How dogs even end up in this condition at their age in the shelter, we will never understand. We owe them to try, even if they just get a few extra months, we will make them comfortable and feel loved. We took them straight to the vet and they will get X-rays, dentals, blood work, fully checked, baths, trimmed and cleaned up to feel better if they’re up for it. They will absolutely be put on multiple medications and need ongoing care. We are here for them to have a soft spot to land, and find them a happier ending than the county shelter. Donations can be made via Venmo - @CEanimalrescue (last 4 are 2200) PayPal - @CEAnimalrescue Zelle - @[email protected] Donation button in bio 🫶🏼 We have been in overdrive lately rescuing so many dogs, and we appreciate everyone’s ongoing support, we could not do this without you !
Our boy puppy is still looking for a serious adopter !
Oliver is a 4 month old Maremma (Maremmano-Abruzzese Sheepdog) now fully vaccinated !
He is a guardian dog, he HAS to have a home with land, a job and hopefully owners who have experience with the breed or similar breeds. If other animals are present(chickens, goats etc) then he HAS to have another guardian mentor to take him under their wing. This is an absolute must for him. He is a sweet, playful, happy loving puppy. He will get MUCH bigger.
