Keeping the muscles supple, oxygen flowing and reducing muscle fatigue. He played hard, his muscles are tight! "Bouncing" muscle is a indicator of restrictions and/or lack of communication in the muscles and nerve. This session was very low and slow. Keeping the oxygen flowing, inflammation at a minimum and cellular communication at its best. He sure loved his session 🥰 He's getting weekly sessions after going back to work with the last 8 months off. Preventing injuries, keeping muscle, tendons and fascia in top shape for a greater success with increased exercise. You owe it to your horse to be in the best shape ❣️.
