Thunder was brought into us because the previous grooming place could not finish his haircut. This is great that the groomer knew when to call it quits to prevent harm to themselves or the dog. With lots of praise for thunder and patience we were able to safely complete his groom. He was actually not so difficult after all!
We do take difficult/ special cases depending on the dog we can usually complete the groom safely. This is a case by case basis and can sometimes take several appointments to help get the dog used to the grooming process and comfortable with us. Along with keeping regular grooming appointments, Sticking with the same grooming salon and/or groomer is important to help build a good relationship between your dog and the groomer, making it a less stressful experience.
