Khontessa FW- Born April 27, 2024. This stunning filly is out of a Khemosabi granddaughter that is Polish/Russian/Crabbett bred. Her sire is our super athletic and royally bred Foxtrotter stallion. We have discovered a golden cross between Arabs and Foxtrotters. This filly will be registered as a Pleasure Saddle Horse. They are athletic, smooth, intelligent, in your pocket and absolutely gorgeous. We started doing this to produce smoother gaited endurance/CTR prospects but some of them (like this filly) can turn on a dime and would excel at Gymkhana, Mounted Shooting, and working cows. Tess, as we call her, is a firebrand and will need a knowledgeable owner to curb her sass. She loves people and has learned her lessons well but she is intelligent enough to take advantage of an unsuspecting human. She is the best of this year's crop in my opinion. These days on Social media you mostly see negativity or complaining or someone being offended by something. Today I want to post something positive. On Sunday, I loaded the last three of my babies to go on a long journey to Texas to their new home. A couple hours in the transporter broke down on an interstate. A message was posted and a wonderful woman, who many of you know, Nola Haupert-Keill stepped up to the rescue. She took my precious babies and another horse to her home and assisted the transporter in finding lodging and a place to fix his truck. She has cared for the horses and kept them safe all while running her own busy farm. People like Nola need to be acknowledged, the world needs to know that kindness still exists in this upside down world. Thank you Nola, from the bottom of my heart, you are a true angel. Bless you.

Wishing the happiest 31st birthday to our grand patriarch! Everyday I get to see his mischievous face peeking over his stall door is a blessing. My greatest thanks to Lee Yates for breeding this magnificent horse who we have grown to love so much and has made such an impact on our breeding program.

We are very proud of our two Joe sons, Joe's Java Jolt and The Brtass Badger FW, who are now our herd sires at Foxwillow Farm. Joe is fully retired and enjoying time as a Grandpa.

Fully registered, regular worming, first shots and coggins. Stocky build, should mature around 14.2 hh, excellent gait- no running walk or pace, definitely a broodmare prospect- lots of old bloodlines- no Sunrise and just a touch of Traveler, one I would definitely keep if she wasn't so closely related to my stallions! 3K carrots or apples. Registration pending, regular worming, first shots, coggins. Very stocky, beautiful head, laid back personality, super sweet and friendly, should mature around 14.2-14.3 hh, another old pedigree and it shows! 3K carrots or apples.
Shamshir FW- sired by The Braass Badger FW (see above) and out of Foxwillow's Terra Moon (Kuhailan Artex-Arab- Fairwind'ss Little Sister-RMH full sister to the famed Fairwind's Storm Warning) so this c**t is from the best bloodlines of all three breeds- his Arabian grandsire has National champion offspring in Performance, his RMH granddams a full sister to one of the best stallions in the RMH breed, color and gait test pending but appears to be black (smoky?), excellent conformation, gorgeous head, foxtrots at liberty, extremely athletic, bred to be a competitive trail horse- he has the best characteristics from the Arabian, RMH and Foxtrotter blood. I get a ton of calls every year asking for horses that are competitive enough for endurance or CTR but are smooth gaited- so here you go! This c**t checks all the boxes, he is however, a bit stand offish with people he doesn't know but will do absolutely everything he is asked for those he does, very special horse for the right person, working on registering him Pleasure Saddle Horse, 2 1/2 K carrots.

The Brass Badger FW- Sired by Cotton Eyed Joe Y and out of Sister Goldenhair by Traveler's Nod-A-Lot. Two years old and slated to be our Junior stallion if he continues to mature the way we think he will. He definitely has Joe's personality and gait!!

Joe's Java Jolt- sired by Cotton Eyed Joe Y and out of Diamond Fox's Deja Blue our foundation broodmare. He will be the main breeding stallion at Foxwillow Farm Gaited Horses, filling the shoes of his sire. He already has one c**t on the ground and expecting four foals in 2022. I love this stallion's disposition and big bone- as he matures he just gets better and better. He is now in the fall of his 3 year old year.
