𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐀 was picked up as a stray on 2/2/25. Notes indicate that she is very wiggly and energetic! She walks with bouncy steps and a fast-wagging tail! She is also heartworm negative. Please be the person to give 𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐀 the forever home that he very much deserves!

𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐀 is now on the euthanasia list for "Aged and behavior (Vocalizing in kennel throughout the day. Standing on hind legs to look over cover. Forward barking at ACT’s. Charging kennel door.)." Her life should not end in the shelter for these reasons.

2/3/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Walked on a semi loose leash, closed mouth, slightly flenchy.
2/7/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Dog was at the front of the kennel with an open mouth. Leashed and she walked on a foward leash. She was sniffing around outside. In the runs she was pacing and sniffing. Had to walk into kennel to get her to walk into it.
2/9/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Prada had dilated pupils and a forward stance as me and another employer were standing near kennel talking. She began to forward bark towards us, I had a mask on thinking it was because of the mask so I removed it and she still charged forward to the kennel. Placing on adopt eval 02/09/25 17:18
2/10/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: 02/10/25 17:53 Senior dog but very wiggly and energetic, walked ahead of me with bouncy steps, fast wagging tail. Quiet initially after cleaning but began to vocalize throughout the day, standing on hind paws looking out kennel, covered and after PM walk she calmed down.

Puppy 𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐀 was turned in on 1/30/25 and euthanasia was requested. This beautiful puppy has lost her home, her family and all that is familiar to her! Despite all that she has been through, she has been described as friendly and wiggly! She walks well on a leash with a slow wagging tail. When customers visited her in the runs, she was wiggly and played fetch with them, having no reaction to neighboring dogs. She is already spayed and she is heartworm negative so she is ready to leave the shelter today! Please be the person to give 𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐀 the forever home that she very much deserves!

𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐀 is now on the euthanasia list for "Behavior (Unpredictable behavior, barking when customers walk through row, redirected to begin trying to barrier fight through divider. Baring teeth, growling, and barking when ACT tried to untie her from fence.)." Her life should not end in the shelter for these reasons.

2/3/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Friendly and wiggly. Walks well on the leash with the same body language.
2/6/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: 02/06/25 12:40 Low wagging tail, walked with loose leash out to runs and back later. After opening, was deep barking when customers walked through row, redirected to begin trying to barrier fight through divider, even as other dog ignored her. Did better outside; during PM walk she was outside and customers went in to run to interact with her; she was wiggly and played fetch with customers, no reaction to neighboring dogs.
2/8/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: When I approached her kennel, Ashura greeted me with a wiggly body. I leashed her and she walked outside on a loose leash. I tied the leash to the fence and through treats on the ground for her while I was switching out another dog. When I approached her to untie her from the fence, she bared her teeth at me and started growling and barking, possibly due to there being treats on the ground for her. I gave her a second to relaxed then I reached for the leash, ignoring her, and she had no reaction to me. I then left her in the run where she had a loose wiggly body. She walked back inside on a loose leash.
2/10/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: 02/10/25 11:19 Could hear low growling from Ashura's kennel as I walked down row until she saw me, then became wiggly. Leashed and walked with semi-tight leash out to runs and then back again. Quiet when walking through row after cleaning, soft wagging tail.

Two-year-old 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐘 was originally picked up as a stray on 1/8/25 after it was reported that she was roaming with another unknown dog. She was in a foster home until she was returned 13 days later on 1/30/25. She was just spayed on 2/4/25. Notes indicate that she greets staff excitedly with a wiggly body and a fast-wagging tail! She reaches out to staff with her paws gently while wagging her tail! She walks very wiggly on the leash with floppy ears. Once she is back in her kennel she lounges around on her bedding and she enjoys treats! Please be the person to give 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐘 the forever home that she very much deserves!

📝 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬:
1/8/2025 INTAKE: 2 pitbull roaming the campus very aggressive afraid someone will get hurt near building 9 has a large clock a very large tower.
1/15/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Wiggly upon approach , fast wagging tail. I am able to easily leash up and she walks ou ton a loose leash. Quiet throughout the day.
1/31/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Approaching kennel, Mandy comes to me with a wagging tail and c-shaped curled body as I babytalk and offer treats to leash her. She walked with dainty feet and jumped on me with squinty eyes. I was able to keep all her 4's on the floor with treats as I walked backwards.
2/3/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: wiggly body, high pitched whining when approached. Walked out with semi-tight leash, initially jumping up while walking alongside me before going ahead towards runs. Very affectionate and treat motivated.
2/5/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Mandy is very wiggly upon approach. Once I leash her up she reaches out to me with her paws gently while wagging her tail. She walks very wiggly on the leash with floppy ears. Once she is back in her kennel she has been lounging around on her bedding. Comes to greet me wiggly each time I am passing by. Enjoys treats.
2/8/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Mandy greets me at the kennel door with a fast wagging tail and excited demeanor. She lets me leash her and walks mostly tightly on the leash. She will occasionally jump up for attention however will stay down after being told down. She can be seen relaxing on her cot throughout the day.

Grayson update 🩶
Grayson did great at the vet. The week he's spent in splints has helped. But he's not done yet.... Grayson will be in splints for at least 2 more weeks. Grayson got larger splints today as he's a growing boy 😊
He actually broke one of his splints, I didn't realize he had until they cut all the bandaging off ....
They put him down on the ground to walk a lot without the splints, he did really well , his left did bend back in the original position a couple times, but not anything like a week ago.... Grayson also got his second round of vaccines.......
Hopefully he'll be out of the splints in a couple weeks, we'll see 🩶

Grayson will be going to Arena Veterinary Clinic this afternoon to be seen by one of the amazing vets there.
Grayson will be getting a recheck on his legs, X-rays and his second round of vaccines and anything else our vet recommends.....
