I made a healthy and simple low-carb salad from the crunchy mix microgreens which include pea shoots, sunflower and red radish blended together. Topped it off with sliced chicken and Caesar dressing. Yummm!

Wow, can you believe this is only a week since germination? 😮 These lovely sprouts of pea, sunflower and radish that make up my crunchy mix blend will be ready to harvest on Tuesday (maybe earlier at this rate!) They are already paid for by customers, but I will get some more growing after my trip in February! 👍🏻 I’m shocked how fast they grow!
