With a little bit of patience, effort and smarts, we were able to move this family of raccoons in this 3 large attic where they had been residing for a few years!
With a little prodding, this family left on their own. On their exit, their entrance was sealed.
The homeowner had been trying to evict this family of raccoons for two years. She had hired a company and agreed to pay for a “lifetime guarantee” for their services but unfortunately, the company went out of business and she was now stuck. And then the homeowner called us. We were happy to help!

As temps here in Michigan are falling, critters may find their way into your home.

This gal was living in Ms. Angie’s attic for a couple of years on and off. We knew where she qas coming in. Unlike other companies, we don’t use traps for raccoons in an attic. With a little patience and a bit of time, she left on her own.

There is a more humane way.
This little guy did not deserve to be held by his arm in a trap for hours.

There is a BETTER, a KINDER way.

This was such a neat job to do! Homeowner called us after receiving an exorbitant bid from a big box company to remove a raccoon in their chimney. I knew immediately that they were bats. 🦇

It took a minute to fashion a one way door on their chimney. Their cap had blown off in one of our big storms!
The homeowner took a fabulous video of the bats leaving!! Unfortunately I’m sharing photos from the video since their street number was visible!
There were so many! It was so neat!! The homeowner also put up a bat box as close to the chimney as possible a few weeks prior in preparation.

Mama raccoon created a hole over the homeowner’s porch and was living in their attic. We were able to humanely evict! Mama took her babies and relocated them the same night that we set up! It is the best case scenario!

We have NEVER trapped raccoons or any critter in an attic (except a groundhog - yes in an attic).

WHY?

There is no need to! We can humanely evict! We use cameras and make sure she is gone. Families stay together and you get your house back. It truly is a win, win!! 🥇

American Red squirrels are notorious for getting themselves into places they shouldn’t. A red squirrel was entering the homeowner’s attic. We checked for babies and watched his activity on camera. When he was out of the attic and in the backyard (we watched him leave), I was able to fix the gable from the inside.

A successful job. The homeowner reports he is no longer trying to get in after our repair!

It’s not hard to be kind! It just takes a bit of time and patience.

This young lady was in this attic for a couple of years, causing a lot of damage to this customer’s new roof. We came face to face a couple of times while in the attic. But of course, I didn’t harm her and she didn’t pose a threat to us!

We do things differently than most trappers. We encouraged her to leave on her own. It will soon be baby season so she was out just in time. Relocation is not the ideal situation. She left this home and will find another in the area she knows. She will be fine and the homeowner can now repair his roof and reclaim his home.
It’s a win win! Another success story!

We were called about a family of raccoons living in an attic. The customer had called another pest control company who came out and were unsuccessful at removing the family. Unlike other companies, our goal is to humanely evict before anything else! If the environment is inhospitable, mama will move her babies. We knew mama was there with the babies. Most companies do not use cameras too which give us an advantage into what is truly happening. We will use our cameras when needed to understand the situation! In this case, we could not see the babies because they were in an addition in the attic which could not be accessed! So the camera really helped. We made the environment unsavory for mama and she took and moved her babies out of the attic one by one. You can see the last one patiently waiting for his mom! Raccoon mamas are truly wonderful mamas and raccoons stay true to their family unit. They are remarkable creatures! We also understand that they can be destructive too. But this was so simple. Humane eviction works. Mama has all of her babies and when possible, we will close up the entry point for the homeowner! The homeowner is also satisfied because he now has his attic back. It’s a win, win!
