Last day is looking for more fosters! Becoming a foster, allows you to experience the true joy of saving a life, and to meet some wonderful dogs, each with their own personality and traits. LDDR provides food, vetting, and general expenses for each foster dog (Meaning it costs fosters nothing).
Fostering a dog is one of the most incredible experiences not just from saving a life but becoming apart of our family!
Each foster means another animal saved.

I want to give a shout out to this wonderful coffee shop that did a food drive for our dogs and cats, Anastasia and Katie's Coffee Shop! What a cute shop with a wonderful mission!
Anastasia & Katie’s trains & employs individuals with developmental disabilities in this wonderful inclusive environment!

A&K is located in Livonia at Merriman & 7 mile Rd! Stop in & see what they’re all about!

Several of the dogs and cats we have available for adoption have been with us at Last Day Dog Rescue and waiting for their forever homes for a long time. Gorgeous, cuddly, and sweet Nash here, for example, has been with us for over a year and is about to spend his second Christmas in a row (and third Christmas ever) with us.

He would love to start the New Year with a new forever family so please help him out by sharing! He is available to foster or adopt and even comes with a free training package!

Thank you to everyone who came and showed us support at the Merry and bright parade! We got lucky with a beautiful day!

Besties! Fosters Kabuki (striped) and Kodama have been waiting over a year for their new home! Both are playful and love being pet. Kodama loves cuddles. Kabuki is such a curious boy~

Kabuki is allergic to chicken (we think) and Kodama survived FIP. Kodama is a deaf wild child with loads of energy, but who loves cuddling. 🥰
