We should be caught up on texts and messages! If you feel we've missed you, please send us another message! Thank you!

As we are in the thick of winter now, please remember to keep your driveway or walkways clear of snow so we may service you! If there is too much snow or ice in the usual spot we park, for safety reasons, we may have to reschedule.

We are able to usually keep running until about -15°. Past that, it may become hard to keep our interior warm enough to work with your pets and we may have to reschedule for a warmer day.

We ask for patience during snowy and icy conditions, as arrival windows will likely need to be extended.
