In light of the COVID-19 situation, we are trying to do our part to help contain this disease.
We are maintaining the clinic with the same hospital grade disinfectant we have always used. Rooms are always disinfected between pets and the reception and waiting areas are cleaned & disinfected regularly, with extra attention being paid to door handles, seats, counter tops, and other commonly touched areas.
As of now, we are still operating our normal business hours. Please call before you come in, as this could change rapidly.
We are asking you to limit your visits to one human if at all possible. If you or an immediate family member is coughing, feeling ill, or may have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.
When you arrive, please remain in your car and call us (716-625-4111). We will let you know when an exam room is ready so you can proceed immediately into the room.
If you prefer to remain in your car, let us know. A staff member will come out to get your pet and we will communicate over the phone.
After you are placed in the exam room, we will likely take your pet into our treatment area for examination. Since our exam rooms are small, it is nearly impossible for us to maintain personal distance guidelines and safely restrain and examine your pet. This is done for the safety of you, our clients, as well as our staff members.
Thank you for your continued trust in us for the needs of your pet. We will need to be patient with each other as we navigate these new and trying times.
