We are very excited to be one of many organizations volunteering at The San Francisco SPCA's Free Drive-Thru Dog Vaccine Clinic this week!

If you have a dog that needs to be vaccinated, here's everything you need to know:

🐕 Mark your calendars for the FREE Drive-Thru Dog Vaccine Clinic at San Joaquin County Fairgrounds hosted by community partners and the SF SPCA!

Bring the special dog(s) in your life to receive vital vaccines – all at no cost.

📅 When: Saturday, March 1st, from 9 AM to 12 PM (or until supplies last)
📍 Where: San Joaquin County Fairgrounds – Enter Gate 5 off MLK Blvd/ E Charter Wy

This week we’re featuring Bijou and Harvey in Debbie’s Rescue Corner!

These are two of our adoptables with BIG personalities, and lots of energy! Bijou is a sweetheart, but she can also be a bit willful, so she’s going to need an experienced large breed dog owner to help her reach her full K9 potential. Harvey, on the other hand, has a big personality, without question, but he’s all about the love and having fun, and he’ll likely fit into almost any home environment without any problem, as long as you’ve got a lot of love to give him!

We're just a little over a month away from our Salty Paws Shrimp Boil!

This week we’re featuring Lavender and Roscoe in Debbie’s Rescue Corner!

Lavender and Roscoe are two of our awesome rescues that, unfortunately, had similar starts to their rescue story. Lavender was found abandoned at Haven in a cardboard carrier, with three other cats, and barely any room to move around, while Roscoe was found chained to a post near the entrance to the drive leading to Haven. Despite the heartbreaking start to their rescue stories, both have shown amazing resilience and spirit, and are eager to take the next step on their rescue journey.

Did you know PALS has a thrift store? It is run by volunteers so 100% of the proceeds goes directly to PALS. It is surprisingly large and has household items, clothing, jewelry, books, pet supplies and more. Plus, they have new sales each week. Stop by and check out the store! This week we’re featuring two of our sweet adoptables, Tarot and Cleopatra!

Tarot has been with us for a few years now; she tends to be shy when you first meet her, but she does warm up, and is an absolute sweetheart once she does. Cleopatra is an energetic girl that loves to run and play, and give lots of kisses! We think she’s possibly a Doberman/Shepherd mix, but she’s stayed on the medium side, so she won’t take up too much space curling up next to you on the couch and on your bed!
