"I had a great experience with them. When I called on Sun to get an appointment for my puppy for a grooming appointment, they were able to get me in within a few days. The process was easy from start to finish. I explained to them that it was his first time getting groomed and they took great care of Barry. They did such an incredible job, and it was exactly to how we wanted it. The staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone. "Wonderful experience boarding our cat Casper at Allen’s Pet Resort.
The facilities are clean and smell very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They knew the pets by name and had a personal knowledge of each one. Our Casper was board for 6 days and when we called to check on him, each time they made an effort to give us an accurate update on how our fur baby was doing.
