Yes you will need a permit from ODNR, permit is easily obtained once you have my permit info to file for your own. I can go over how to file.

Will also come with food. Babies are 100 grams and ready to go bond.

Have been using small water dish as a litter pan as well. I can go over this in more detail with whom ever purchases them.
