Nostalgic Peanut Butter Cookie Squares😍🤤

Ingredients:📋

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups quick-cooking oats

Instructions:🥣

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and peanut butter until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the oats.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

Hug your loved ones tight last year I lost my sweet grandpa who helped me get to where I am now, This year I lost my sweet almost 4 year old pitbull on February 15th. cancer Sucks!
