We have received many concerns about animals being outside. There are very few laws that we can enforce. We are just asking everyone, please use common sense. It is very cold, if you have ANY way of putting your animals inside, please do. A shed, barn, basement, garage or in the house. It doesn't take long for an animal to freeze in this. Use straw, not blankets for warmth. Blankets can get wet and freeze causing more trouble. Fresh water is difficult but necessary. If you need help, please reach out to the Humane Society at 740-380-9109.
