Thanks to the support from our markets, restaurants, and stores, we have done some farm upgrades this year. We added two more autoclaves and a walk-in cooler. Our hope is that these upgrades will help us be as consistent as your patronage has been. We take pride in our ability to provide fresh mushrooms every week. This is not only our passion, but it is also our full-time job. Thank you, everyone, for supporting us in this journey and allowing us to follow our dreams!

We were so grateful to be invited to the Indiana Grown showcase. We saw some familiar faces, and met many new fellow Indiana producers. Met many prospective customers also. Had an awesome impromptu collaboration with Healthy Hoosier Oil, Uncle Al’s Breading , and Chefski on some fried blue oyster mushrooms.

Local, farm-fresh street cuisine served up—all weekend long! Yes, the weather could be nicer. But on the bright side: it’s BRISKET CHILI season!!! It’s smoky, mild, and made “the right way,” with no beans. You just gotta try it!
This Saturday we will be in Indy for their annual “Bike to the Ballpark” event. On Sunday, we will be serving at the grand opening of in Arcadia-for their Eclipse Artisan Market. This sounds amazing!
