On Paddy's Watch On Paddy's Watch was started because of the love we have for cats.Our Mission statement is simple: to help make life better for cats.

We accomplish this through TNR, maintaining our community cats and socializing those acceptable for adoption.

I went out yesterday and today to insulate some more totes for the ferrals.Amazingly they were all okay but I'm so concerned with the precipitation that's on its way.I know they are resilent but it's hard to think they can fight this cold.Lots of prayers for them tonight.

I didn't get to post yesterday as i was so busy trying to play catch up due to the weather, as I'm sure many were.The temps weren't to bad in tge afternoon and the tarps I put out Friday night held and kept things pretty dry.I will definitely invest in more.Hope everyone is having a safe and warm weekend.Please pray for all the animals and humans who endure these temperatures.

Update on Sammy: Our sweet boy didn't make it, he is forever sleeping.He was too sick and needed the rest.This could all have been avoided if the woman who had him on her property didn't move and leave him and others all alone.I bet she won't lose a wink of sleep.We will miss you sweet Samuel.Forever in our hearts.

So I posted under my name by mistake last night.This is Sammy, a dumped but beautiful sweet cat living in a colony now but he isn't feeling well at all.I have to send him to Summit Chase via a good friend and helper Melissa but I just paid out $577.11 to Baranik for two ferrals to be fully vetted and my pockets are empty.I have never asked before but if you can help out, even $5.00, probably less than the cost of that fancy coffee it would help us greatly .I am old school so I don't do Venmo or PayPal or anything like that but you could send it directly to Summit Chase Veterinary Hospital in Loganville.Sammy and I both thank you.Stay warm out there, right!

This picture is Mattie.She just showed up ,aka dumped, at one of my feeding colonies a few months back.You know she lived outdoors with someone because when I run the kitchen water she comes running to drink from it as it was an outside hose or spicket.She also climbs right up to my face and put her paws on my face, I was a little frieked at first.
