Io Moth spotted on the strawflower today. Just hanging out enjoying the warm weather. We're thankful no one found him in his larval state.

This is a frequent no-no because as a caterpillar they can be quite the nuisance and very painful if touched.

They sure are fascinating creatures and beautiful!
