Shallow Hill is a full service English riding facility west of Columbus, Ohio that focuses on the relationship between horse and rider. We strive to create a low stress environment for students, boarders and our equine companions. We have something to offer regardless of age and experience level with riding horses. We maintain a diverse group of lesson horses appropriate for most ages and ability

levels. The focus is on a quiet environment where the focus is on building a solid foundation for riding in the English saddle.

NO HORSES IN THE BACKYARD!!

We have a rather large hole in the backyard so no horses will be allowed until the workers are done and I’ve had a chance to inspect.

On that note, there will be workers and large equipment near the arena. I will make the call at noon today if we will need to cancel/ reschedule lessons over the next few days.

Snuck a video of Walter playing with his lic it! Stall toys are a great way to help horses pass the time when stuck in because of the weather. Yes they have unlimited hay, but sometimes they need something to play with!
